    This is one of the nicest timeshares on the West Coast. Overlooking the Pacific Ocean or the town of Avila Beach I can't think of a nicer place to vacation. When they rebuilt the town many years ago it lost its quaint appeal. The summer months are the worst at the resort because it's so noisy from all of the kids. I much prefer going up in January when all the kids are in school and it's primarily just adults
